Refund policy

Our guides are digital downloads. You get your PDF straight away after payment, by email and from your account.

Your right to cancel. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout and confirmed that you understood you would lose the right to cancel. For this reason we can’t usually refund a guide once it has been delivered.

When we will always help:
- The file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t the guide you ordered.
- You were charged twice, or by mistake.
- The download link didn’t arrive or has stopped working.

In these cases, email info@restorationguides.com with your order number within 30 days. We will send a working file or a replacement, or refund you in full if we can’t fix it.

Free guides (such as Volume 1) are not covered, as no payment is taken.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
