Terms of service

1. Who we are. restorationguides.com is run by Alistair Mallia, Malta. Email: info@restorationguides.com.

2. What we sell. Digital guides in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies.

3. Your order. When you place an order you get an order confirmation email. The contract is made when we send you the download link.

4. Delivery. Downloads are available immediately after payment. If you don’t receive the email within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.

5. Your licence. Each guide is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download it, print it and keep copies for yourself. You may not resell, share, upload, or copy any part of it into other products.

6. Cancellation and refunds. See our Refund policy.

7. Safety and liability. The guides give general information. You are responsible for using them safely and choosing when to call a professional. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for damage caused by misuse of the information. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
